Description

in the heart of mount Lebanon, a rebellious soul is forged in white oak, one that pushes the boundaries of whisky craft and explores its fringes. at the masterful hands of Riachi winery & distillery, Levant highlands was domesticated as a Lebanese craft whisky.

Levant highlands pure corn – a maize brew is a world class release, and a tribute to Lebanon’s maize producing town “king’s tower” situated above the southern “marjeyoun valley.

this pure corn release is a-maize-ingly  rich in charred oak, barbequed  corn and hints of juicy caramelized-briskets.

aged in alligator charred virgin American oak barrels and finished in ex-cabernet casks, this pure corn release was crafted from Lebanese corn, mashed and fermented with Lebanese ”tannour” bread yeast , then double distilled in our copper pot goose-neck still.

through an aromatic journey opulent in buttery maize and oak spice notes, the senses indulge in ripples of corn cob, caramel and coffee, meld with drizzles of melted French butter, charred wood and chocolate bourbon truffles that linger, until the next glorious sip.
